Grade 1 Natural Manila Rope
Grade 1 Natural Manila Rope is a heavy duty, strong rope that meets the needs of most trades. Manila rope is flexible, resistant to sunlight and very durable. It has very little stretch, making it ideal for use in gardens and timber work, swings, ladders and climbing ropes, and also lawn and deck edging. Grade 1 manila rope is more commonly used than natural sisal for decking projects and handrails as this rope is pre-soaked in oil so there is no need to treat it before use.
Grade 1 Manila Rope is made up of natural fibres. These fibres absorb water and dampness which causes the rope to swell. All natural fibred ropes will shrink in length and expand in girth when wet. RopeServices UK recommends you to allow an extra 15% when ordering your length. If you are unsure on the total length you should purchase, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our 3 strand natural Manila rope is made from natural fibres. This rope is UV resistant, which means it can be left in sunlight and no damage will occur.
