Natural Sisal Rope – Sample
Natural Sisal Rope is a good strong traditional natural rope that is especially resistant to sunlight and stretches very little. It is ideal for use in the garden and being natural it complements planting and timber work. Also is used for cat scratching posts and parrot toys.
Natural Sisal rope is made from a hard natural fibre. It has excellent resistance to sunlight, little stretch and good knot-holding ability.
Ideal for use with pets and animals especially on cat scratching posts. Also used as a garden rope.
Colour is a light sandy colour.
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS ROPE TO BECOME WET BEFORE TREATING
If you are unable to treat this rope on receipt, store in a cool dry area until treatment is applied. Natural Sisal rope is an untreated natural product. If using for outside/decking projects, this rope must be treated prior to installation. A simple clear timber decking oil or preservative from DIY stores will suffice.
PLEASE BE AWARE that this rope will shrink in length and expand in girth when wet.
Please allow a minimum 15% extra to your measured lengths.
